A year at Kawakami

Starting with the shipment of house lotus root in June, followed by the shipment of alley produce
Harvesting and shipping continues until February of the following year.
When there are no shipments, we work on expanding our fields.

Greenhouse lotus root shipments have begun!
We start by shipping lotus root grown in greenhouses, and then we also ship lotus root grown in the fields. We all work together to harvest as much as 6 tons of lotus root a day.
